We aim to provide expert led teaching, in a peaceful and tranquil environment, that is both encouraging and kind. Our instruction is fully inclusive and caters for all ages and abilities from novice to expert. Our focus is on achieving optimum health thus encouraging full life potential for all.

What We Do

Classes take place at the Flow Life Yoga studio based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. They are Vinyasa Flow based, a style of yoga characterised by moving seamlessly between postures led by the breath. There is strong emphasis on alignment and breath connection. Group sizes are limited in number to ensure personal attention and care is always paramount. Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. 

We run regular full day workshops at the Flow Life Yoga studio, and at other venues. We have a range of guest teachers who assist in the delivery of a complete day of self-care. A day typically includes a Vinyasa flow yoga session in the morning, followed by a wonderful vegan lunch and an afternoon offering you the opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice.

Private sessions are held at our Wiltshire studio and are more yoga therapy based. Attention focuses on individual concerns. As body workers, we look to release restrictions carried in all the layers of the body, thus enabling better energy flow. We can also offer small private group sessions. Whether you wish to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga, or dealing with injury these tailor made sessions are for you!

Annual yoga retreats offer a full transformational week of bliss and an opportunity for profound connection with yourself, your practice and your community. We have  greater freedom to dive into the philosophy, theory and resonance that is yoga. Retreats take place in carefully selected locations, chosen for their beauty and tranquility.

Live online sessions are offered via Zoom. The classes will assist with your journey into a daily self-practice in the convenience of your own home. Private one-to-one sessions can also be delivered via Zoom. Online classes still provide our motivation and complete class dialogue to inspire your practice and ensure our commitment to you. Downloadable classes for you to follow at home will soon be available.
