Live sessions are taught via Zoom.us and follow a similar approach to the group classes, but without the obvious benefit of hands on adjustment and individual tailoring. The oractice follows a 60 minute timeframe and offers clear, concise dialogue lead flow, which is easy to follow. Variations on a pose are always offered where applicable, and key anatomical alignment safety issues are highlighted.
Recorded sessions are available on the website, offering the flexibility of practice at your own convenience. The sessions range from short, precise videos highlighting alignment points and learning principles, to full 60 minute flows.
Online learning offers inspiration and guidance which can be used to start developing a disciplined home practice, giving you options of a live or pre-recorded class to follow in the comfort of your own home and at a time to suit your own schedule.
